There’s a major difference between selling a home and marketing one.  When a home is professionally marketed, it should produce the best buyer governed by the laws of supply and demand. The goal of this approach is to attain the HIGHEST selling price.

My marketing strategy includes standard elements that most realtors provide such as professional photography, signage, property brochures, mailing of “Just Listed” postcards to targeted buyers, an accurate MLS listing, listings in local and national portals with syndications to Zillow, Trulia, etc., and much more.
